We value fair and long-term cooperation with our partners and are proud that we continue to work closely with our production partners from the very beginning. We pay attention to responsible production to create a sustainable harmony between people and the ecosystem.

Produced in Germany 

That is why we have always produced the majority of our products in Germany. This way, we can control & minimise our waste, always improve supply chains and create a Climate-neutral approach to production.

Around 96% of our products are manufactured in Germany (as of 2019). We attach great importance to long-term partnerships and work with companies that share our values ​​and principles.

Environmentally Friendly 

Above all, we want to act efficiently. We are a Swiss-German brand: cultures known to value efficiency, engineering and craftsmanship. 

We believe that measurability is knowledge and that is why we are currently (as of December 2021) measuring our CO2 emissions throughout our organisation. Together with ClimatePartner, we are developing ways to reduce emissions as much as possible. 

In addition, we are compensating for emissions that have already been made and are unavoidable in order to become climate-neutral. We have implemented a data-driven, comprehensive climate-neutral strategy from 2022.

Chemical & Allergen Free 

All fascia products we produce are free of chemicals. We use materials that have been used in the medical and food industries for a long time. 

Robust & durable 

One of the most important basic materials that we use for our fascia products - which are 100% made in Germany - is EPP. A real game changer for BLACKROLL®. EPP is an almost unbreakable and dimensionally stable material while requiring few resources. We have developed different degrees of density for our EPP products in order to achieve the best possible results for fascia training.

All fascia products made of EPP foam are designed to be very durable, abrasion-resistant, heat-resistant (at least 110 °C) and easy to clean, meaning you can even wash your rollers in the dishwasher.

High quality standards 

Our textiles are manufactured according to the OEKO-TEX®STANDARD 100. 

The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is one of the world’s best-known labels for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products (at all stages of production) which are tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer confidence and high product safety. Which is something we also stand by.

Recyclable and recycled material 

Our fascia products are 100% recyclable, making it much easier for customers to make the right choices when choosing their fascia products.

Many of our products are not only recyclable, but they are also made partially from already recycled materials. For example, our fascia products that are made from EPP are currently made from 25% recycled materials.

Not all the materials we use are 100% recyclable, but we are constantly working on improving and reducing the percentage of non recyclable / recycled materials into the future whilst keeping the quality and reliability of our products equally high.  

Our packaging is made from 90% recycled paper and is produced in a 100% climate-neutral manner. In some cases we even send our products to customers without packaging to reduce the amount of unnecessary waste.
