Returns Policy
If you need to return a BLACKROLL® product you purchased from our online store, no problem. You can return products for the following reasons:
- You have ordered the wrong product (wrong size or kind)
- You changed your mind
- You are unhappy with your product
- You received a faulty product or your product has broken down within the warranty period
- Other (please send us an email and describe)

If you have ordered the wrong product (wrong size or kind):
If you ordered the wrong product, you can return it to us and we can swap it for the correct product, or offer you a refund for the full value of the product. This needs to happen within 30 days of purchase and the product you are returning needs to be in "as new condition". In this case the return shipping needs to be paid by you.
If you have ordered a product but you changed your mind:
You can return it to us and we will refund the full value of the product if you notify us within 10 days from your purchase. The product you are returning needs to be in "as new condition". In this case the return shipping needs to be paid by you.
If you are unhappy with your product: Since we have confidence in our products, we are offering a 100% Satisfaction and Money back Guarantee. If you are really unhappy we want to know exactly why so we can take the feedback on board. Please include details in your email. And whatever it is, we do not want unhappy customers, therefore we will take the product back and give you a full refund. We will even pay your return shipping, so you are not left with out of pocket expenses. This guarantee is valid for 20 days from date of purchase.
You received a faulty product or your product has developed a technical fault within the warranty period: If your product is faulty when you receive it or it breaks down sooner than expected with normal usage, then please let us know and we will look into it and replace or refund if necessary. If the product falls under warranty and needs to be replaced or returned, then we will cover the expenses for the return shipping.
Warranty
Our products are covered by the standard warranty applicable for all sports and fitness products under Australian law. Our Warranty includes material/quality shortfalls and technical issues, we do not cover physical damage caused by frequent use, rough or wrong handling.
