BLACKROLL training session at Lululemon Karrinyup Store - Saturday 05/09/15 - 8-9 am

Come and join us this Saturday instore at Lululemon Karrinyup for a functional fascia training circuit with BLACKROLL Australia. Trainers Leigh Whitehead and Chris Heppeler will take you through three workout stages from mobility and movement over functional training to a myofascial release and relaxation finish, using BLACKROLL products. So come along and enjoy getting sweaty and having fun! Bring a towel and a water bottle, and make sure you get onto the Lululemon trybooking to secure your spot as there are limited available.
